- Cancellations
- A cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer your slot to another client on time.
- No-Shows
- If you do not show up for your appointment and we are unable to contact you or have not been notified prior, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost.
- Pricing
- Prices may vary depending on the type and complexity of nail art or services you choose.
- Final costs will be confirmed before your appointment begins.
- Nail Fixes
- Any repairs needed within 7 days of your appointment will be rectified free of charge.
- After 7 days, repairs will incur a fee of R50 per nail.
- Late Arrivals & Grace Period
- We offer a 15-minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment.
- After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, and a partial fee may apply.
- Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances, our beauticians may occasionally run 10–15 minutes late. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Respect for Time
We kindly ask that all clients respect our time and the time of others by arriving promptly. This ensures we can provide each client with the attention and care they deserve.
Data Deletion Request
If you have created an account, booked services, or interacted with us digitally and would like your personal data removed from our systems, you may request this at any time.
To request data deletion, please contact us via our Contact Page, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
